1. 燒烤 grill
“燒烤”英文有三個很接近的詞：barbecue，grill和roast。barbecue指的是“戶外燒烤”，一般不用明火烤，“吃燒烤”可以說have a barbecue，簡稱BBQ。另外還有一種更接近我們常吃的燒烤，叫做grill，指的是明火的小串燒烤。英文中還有一種“烤”是roast，這種烤指的是用烤箱來烤。“醬料”叫做sauce，如果強調是蘸著吃的“蘸料”，可以說dipping sauce。
